  • Application Development and Deployment:  Translate the key milestones and projects into integrated applications.  It provides for feedback loops that let employees know how their individual job performance impacts corporate objectives and also furnishes feedback on the overall corporate objectives.  It facilitates an understanding about what is working and what is not so that refinements/remedial actions may be undertaken.
